Legal information
Disclaimer
Fees, estimates, warranty and parts information for our repair and maintenance services.
Independent service center
pexotions.com is an independent repair and maintenance provider. We are not an authorised dealer or an official representative of any vehicle manufacturer; brand names describe only the vehicles we service and imply no affiliation or endorsement.
Diagnostic fees
Diagnostics and inspections are chargeable. The fee, scope and duration are confirmed before work starts and cover technician time and equipment only. Where the job sheet says so, the fee is credited against an authorised repair.
Estimates and final cost
Quotes given before examination are indicative. The final cost follows the written estimate agreed before work and depends on labour time at our published rate plus the parts actually fitted. If extra faults appear, we ask for your approval before adding work or cost.
Warranty
Our warranty covers the work we performed and the parts we supplied, for the period stated in the job sheet. It excludes wear items, accident, misuse, neglect, tuning and third-party work. It is additional to your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023.
Spare parts
Before fitting we state whether a part is new, used, genuine (OEM), OEM-equivalent or aftermarket, with its price and warranty. For parts you supply, our warranty covers labour only.
