Bookings are requests, not concluded contracts. Before work starts we provide pre-service information on scope, price or price basis, timeline, warranty and complaint procedure under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023.
Prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), taxes included unless stated otherwise. Estimates rely on your details and on inspection; additional faults are quoted separately and require your approval before work continues.
Service is available in Kyiv and in locations confirmed at booking, subject to workshop capacity and parts supply. We may decline a booking and will explain the reason.
Provide accurate vehicle and contact details, confirm lawful authority over the vehicle, grant safe access, and remove valuables. Late or inaccurate information may change price and timeline.
Warranty terms, duration and conditions are stated in the booking confirmation and service documents. Send claims with the order number to contact@pexotions.com; we respond within 10 business days.
For distance contracts you may withdraw under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023. Cancellation before work starts is free of charge; costs incurred at your request may be charged.
